Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Accurate typing and proofreading with strong organization.
• Good communication skills both verbal and listening.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Entering Account Reservation for prospects and renewals.
• Running Catastrophe Modeling, obtaining NIPR, ICE and D&B reports for new and renewal accounts.
• Assisting Underwriters in renewal preparation including Quotes, Binders and Endorsements.
• Prepare Loss Run Letters.
• Invoicing of new renewal and endorsement premium.
• Data entry into underwriting systems for new/renewal accounts.
• Assemble and prepare policies.
• Prepare monthly anniversary letters and notices of cancellation.
• Saving and filing underwriting information in shared drive folders.
