This role is crucial in shaping our North America Surety Reinsurance portfolio. You will select and monitor cedents' profitability, collaborate with the department head, underwrite, price, and facilitate treaty bookings, impacting our operations significantly. Your tasks include auditing underwriting files, drafting findings, underwriting special acceptances, and providing strategic recommendations to steer our portfolio towards success.

Willingness to travel extensively and work in-office 3 days per week.
Base salary ranges from $175k to $215k (NY), $140k to $170k (GA), $150k to $185k (IL). Compensation includes performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
