• Assists in pricing proposals, renewals and reporting packages for our 1000+ customers.
• Manages case assignments and due dates with accurate outcomes.
• Works with Underwriters and other areas to support business goals with underwriting knowledge and systems.
• Routes complex applications to higher-level Underwriters and communicates decisions to stakeholders.
• Provides underwriting support and excellent customer service.
• Contributes to development and improvement of underwriting standards and controls.
• Performs other duties as required.
