Job summary

Foundation-Risk-Partners is seeking an Underwriter to operate under the supervision of the Director of Underwriting, offering technical expertise, support, and service while maintaining daily interaction with the Account Management team. You will review carrier renewals, gather data for RFPs, evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitiveness, and stay current with market trends and product innovations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, risk assessment, and underwriting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Well-versed in insurance coverages, policy language, and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
