Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in relevant field with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in Undersea Sensing and Surveillance Systems development.
• Ability to lead significant engineering programs as an engineering lead/chief engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead program technical strategies and roadmaps for Autonomous Undersea Systems.
• Ensure final technical authority over design, integration, production, and installation.
• Meet functional, behavioral, interface, and operational system requirements.
