Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Saw Operator to support underground utility construction, maintenance, and restoration projects in New Windsor, NY. You will operate and maintain walk-behind concrete and asphalt saws, ensuring accurate cuts and assisting field crews in safe, efficient completion.

The role emphasizes safety, with duties including daily inspections, adherence to DOT/OSHA rules, and training teammates on proper saw operation.

Competenze

Experience operating concrete/asphalt saws.
Underground utility or road construction experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Mansioni

Operate and maintain large walk-behind concrete and asphalt saws.
Take measurements and verify cut depths per project specs.
Inspect and maintain saws, equipment, tooling and accessories.
Plan work with daily briefings and implement safety controls.
Assist crews with underground utility construction, maintenance and restoration.
Coordinate with supervisors to schedule saw-cutting activities and ensure project efficiency.
Complete daily equipment inspections and document issues.
Follow all safety policies, DOT regulations, OSHA requirements and work zone procedures.
Train and mentor employees on safe operation of saw-cutting equipment.
Support general labor tasks, site setup, traffic control and site restoration.
