Job summary

U.S. Water Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Underground Construction Laborer / Pipelayer to join our Lehigh Acres crew.

This role entails installing and maintaining underground water and wastewater pipelines, preparing trenches, and assisting with excavation in a safety-conscious environment. Ideal candidates have experience around underground utilities, construction equipment, and job-site safety, and must be able to work as part of a team while adhering to company policies and OSHA

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utility construction preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks when applicable.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground water and wastewater pipelines.
• Prepare trenches and pipe beds for installation.
• Operate hand and power tools and assist with excavation.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete daily reports and paperwork.
