Northern Lights Locating and Inspection, Inc. seeks a Utility Locator to identify underground utilities in accordance with 811 tickets. You will use maps, GIS, and as-built drawings, mark locations with flags or paint, and document each job with reports and photos.

The role requires 2 years of locator experience, a valid driver's license, DOT certification ability, and a willingness to travel up to 75% and work on-call shifts. Benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities for clients and property owners based on 811 tickets and laws.
• Use utility maps, as-built drawings, GIS information to identify utilities.
• Mark locations with flags or paint; document work with reports and photos.
• Take photos of located utilities for each 811 ticket; travel frequently; participate in on-call rotation.
