Job summary

Stake Center Locating is hiring entry-level and experienced Locate Technicians to locate underground utilities, troubleshoot, and mark the ground, promoting damage prevention in your community. We will train you on the job and equip you with the basic skills to be successful in our 100% paid training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced Locate Technicians to locate underground utilities, troubleshoot, and mark the ground.
• We will train you on the job and equip you with the basic skills to be successful.
• Preference to work outdoors in all weather; ability to problem-solve with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Think Safety First!
• Use a tablet to receive, document, and process tickets and emails.
• Read maps, interpret blueprints, and determine the best method and sequence for locating.
• Use provided locate equipment and technology to accurately locate underground utilities.
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and homeowners.
