Job summary

UtiliQuest is seeking an entry-level Utility Locator in Manassas, VA. You will learn locating techniques, safety protocols and how to operate locating equipment while partnering with experienced locators to mark underground lines. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, overtime and on-call duties as needed, and participation in classroom and field training to complete all training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• 18 years or older and authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Learn utility locating techniques, safety protocols and how to operate locating equipment.
• Develop understanding of local utility infrastructure and regulations.
• Partner with experienced locators to mark underground lines.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow driving policies.
• Work overtime, travel, and be available for on-call duties as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and complete all trainings.
