Job summary

Precision Locating LLC is seeking an Underground Utility Locator to join our Hawley, MN team. You will help ensure accurate and safe marking of underground utilities, supporting municipalities, utility providers, and private property owners.

Experience is a plus, but training is provided to all new hires. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with comprehensive training, a company vehicle for travel to job sites, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO,

Are you looking for a rewarding career in utility locating? Precision Locating LLC is seeking an Underground Utility Locatorto join our growing team located in Hawley, MN! We are seeking a Locator to join our team and help ensure the accurate and safe marking of underground utilities. If you have great attention to detail, enjoy working outdoors, and value professionalism, we want to hear from you!

Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We provide all job and safety training needed to perform job duties! Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, professional, customer-focused, and interested in learning more about utility locating. The starting pay for this position is $18-20/hour!

What you bring:

• Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies; Basic knowledge of gps navigation, map reading, and locating tools
• A positive, customer-focused attitude; in-person customer service experience preferred
• A basic understanding of electronics and good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills
• Clear background and driving record
• Willingness to work outdoors
