GridHawk LLC is seeking a Locate Technician to accurately identify underground utilities and document locations. You will work independently or in teams, using tools and equipment as needed to locate lines and verify positions for customers.

Candidates must pass a background check and a DOT drug test, and meet the physical demands of walking and lifting. The role offers company-provided vehicles and PPE, with full-time benefits available after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Requires problem solving and ability to read and interpret prints.
• Excellent communication skills and physical stamina are essential.
• Background screening and DOT drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground facilities using transmitter and buried facilities.
• Work in varied terrains and weather conditions.
• Interpret job orders, blueprints and maps to plan routes.
• Perform locates during regular and on-call hours as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers.
