Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a crew of Underground Utility Installers.
• Directional Boring, trenching, excavating, and hydrovaccing for installation of underground conduit.
• Operating heavy equipment such as directional drill, locator, excavator, skid loader, and trencher.
• Installing conduit, cables, fiber, and other underground utilities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of underground utility installation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
