AR Utilities & Excavation LLC is seeking dependable General Laborers to join our underground utility construction crews in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. No construction experience is required—we are willing to train.

This full-time role involves outdoor physical labor and teamwork to install water, sewer, storm drainage, and fire protection systems. We offer competitive pay based on experience, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No construction experience required.
• Previous outdoor or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Reliable transportation to designated job sites.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with underground utility installation.
• Perform general labor, including digging, shoveling, lifting, and moving materials.
• Assist with pipe installation, trench preparation, and backfilling.
• Operate hand tools and small construction equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow instructions from foremen and equipment operators.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily construction activities.
