Pinnacle Site Solutions is looking for a motivated, dependable Underground Utility Installer to join our outdoor-focused team. You'll install, repair, and maintain underground water, sewer, and stormwater systems, working with a crew to ensure precision and safety.

This role requires daytime travel to job sites across the region, with rare overnight stays. The ideal candidate has experience in underground utilities and can handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior underground utility installation experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR preferred (we can help obtain these).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair underground utility systems (water, sewer, stormwater).
• Operate construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders.
• Read and follow blueprints, utility maps, and project plans with accuracy.
• Perform trenching, shorting, and backfilling while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safety and functionality.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems on-site related to installations and repairs.

Pinnacle Site Solutions is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Underground Utility Installer to join our growing team. This role will require daytime travel to job sites throughout the region, but overnight stays are rare. The ideal candidate has experience in underground utilities and can confidently handle physically demanding tasks in a variety of outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair underground utility systems (water, sewer, stormwater).
• Operate construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders.

• Perform trenching, shorting, and backfilling while adhering to strict safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Experience & Certifications

• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and pull 70-100 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites (overnight travel is rare).
