Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in underground utilities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Knowledge of safety standards, municipal regulations, and permits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job cost financials and prepare projected costs with Controller and CFO.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with the Superintendent.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations; obtain permits as needed.
• Manage change orders, track impacts, and communicate adjustments promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
