Qualifications

• 7+ years of underground utility field leadership experience.
• Experience directing multiple crews and subcontractors on self-perform projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale civil and underground utility projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors and trades.
• Maintain documentation and as-built drawings.
• Manage budgets and material needs.
• Document daily construction activities and update CPM schedule.
