LeoTerra Siteworks is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support underground utility crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems in Kernersville, NC. This hands-on role involves assisting operators and pipe layers, performing manual labor outdoors, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Experience in construction is helpful but not required.
• OSHA safety procedures familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Help with trench preparation, bedding, backfilling, and compaction.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist pipe layers and equipment operators as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and grading.
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.
