Benchmark Utility Services is seeking Construction Dry Utility Laborers to support field projects involving underground utilities and site work. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical labor in outdoor environments.

Candidates should be capable of performing demanding tasks, operating hand and power tools, and assisting skilled tradespeople while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Growth opportunities exist within our design-build utility division.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or labor preferred, utilities or site work a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor to support site and utility construction projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Install underground dry utilities and support piping/conduit work.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean job sites and assist with site restoration.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in daily safety briefings.
