Discover a more connected Underground Utilities Laborer career At VCI Construction, as a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. The Laborer will complete general labor duties related to telecommunications construction as directed by the foreman / supervisor.
