Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Maryland is seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to oversee a crew in the installation and repair of underground utility pipes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in projects related to underground utilities, along with strong communication and time management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman supervising underground utilities projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and diagrams.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members conducting installation and repair of underground utility pipes.
• Monitor production and cost daily.
• Assist Superintendent and General Foreman with job start-up sheets and schedules.
• Maintain positive job site relations with owners, subcontractors, and prime contractors.
• Responsible for daily checks on safety and time sheets.
