A respected employee-owned utility construction company in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a Pipe Foreman for their underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in utility construction, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to manage safety on job sites. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered plans.
• OSHA 30-hour, Confined Space, and Competent Person certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a crew installing underground utilities.
• Ensure safety during excavation work.
• Coordinate traffic control setups around existing utilities.
