Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years underground utility construction/maintenance/inspection experience.
• 1-2 years crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read construction drawings and utility maps/specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate underground maintenance and inspection crews on assigned projects.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities to meet schedules and production goals.
• Interpret plans, utility maps, work orders, specifications, and inspection reports.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop laborers, operators, and inspection personnel.
