• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Track crew productivity, timekeeping, and materials used.
• Schedule equipment and materials delivery to job sites.
• Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment.
• Perform quality checks on depth, slope, alignment, and compaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members for safety and performance.
• Maintain detailed project records, including daily reports and as-built documentation.
