Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking Underground Laborers/Construction Technicians to join our Sacramento, CA team. You will install and test fiber networks, splice cables, and troubleshoot issues while adhering to modern standards.

Compensation ranges $30–$35 per hour (DOE) with full benefits, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect weekly travel and a full-time schedule in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with Tankers Endorsement
• Experience in underground/aerial telecom construction is a plus
• Willingness to travel weekly and stay out during the week

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications cabling
• Assist in all phases of underground construction including loading, driving, delivery, digging and placement of materials
• Operate heavy equipment and ensure safety compliance on site
