You will plan daily operations, allocate resources, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with project managers to deliver reliable telecom infrastructure. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and familiarity with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Technical knowledge of telecommunications systems to guide and troubleshoot on site.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with crews and managers.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground installation crews.
