Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is hiring a Laborer for the Telecom Underground team in Alabama. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
