TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team to support underground construction phases, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

You will install underground telecommunications cabling, operate construction equipment, and keep work areas safe and organized. You’ll also complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration, while communicating clearly with all team members in varying weather conditions.

• Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
• Commitment to safety and following site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
