Lambert's Cable is looking for a Field Laborer to participate in underground telecommunications construction in Florida. This entry-level role includes loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation with on-the-job training.

You will install underground cabling, operate equipment, and maintain work areas while completing daily production reports and communicating clearly with the team. A safety-first mindset and ability to work in all weather are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the company.
• Previous experience with hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
