Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Laborer to join the Telecom Underground team. You will participate in loading, delivering, and digging, and will operateEquipment, and install underground cabling as needed.

The role requires being 18+, legal work authorization in the U.S., and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience with hand tools and utility trucks is preferred, with training provided on safety practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform underground telecommunications construction tasks.
• Load, deliver, dig, and operate equipment as required.
• Install underground cabling and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with team members throughout the shift.
• Complete daily production reports and assist site restoration.
• Work in all weather conditions and adhere to safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
