Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment, as well as installing underground telecommunications cabling.

This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions, maintain a safe work area, and clearly communicate with teammates. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Preferred: prior experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
