Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to join our Telecom Underground team and participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

We offer weekly paychecks and a benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) with company match. Applicants must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with prior tool/equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and operate equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with site restoration
• Work in all weather conditions
