Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support our Telecom Underground team in performing loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation across construction sites. You will help install underground telecommunications cabling and maintain tidy, safe work zones on outdoor projects.

This role requires reliability, ability to work in all weather conditions, and clear communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
