Star Construction LLC is hiring a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Cottendale, AL. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems and ensure compliance with safety protocols and project timelines.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
