Dycom Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for Telecommunications Construction Underground in Arkansas. The role leads underground crews, ensuring safe, timely installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment while meeting project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction
• Proven leadership experience guiding employees to high quality results and teamwork
• Ability to perform duties with limited supervision and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilités

• Oversee underground telecom construction crews to ensure safe, timely, and accurate work
• Supervise day-to-day activities, monitor progress toward daily production goals, and provide clear execution guidance
• Coordinate with manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and project safety requirements; conduct accident investigations and report findings
• Staff, train, and evaluate employees with HR support; manage equipment repair, maintenance, and rental with Fleet
• Maintain strong communication with customers, contractors, and vendors to align on project needs and goals
• Identify issues and risks, develop response plans, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and site-specific procedures
