Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience as an All-round operator.
• Experience with charge up operations in development and production.
• Development bogging to a high standard including roadworks.
• Service Crew proficiency—services installation and maintenance, including pumping and ventilation.
• Additional experience in other mining disciplines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to mine crews and operators.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and a can-do safety culture.
• Contribute to development and production training across rotating roster.
