Job summary

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator for underground mine operations in Randolph, Missouri. This full-time role safely operates heavy equipment, supports plant operations, and requires 40+ hours per week.

You will join a safety‑driven team, inspect equipment, perform basic maintenance, load materials safely, and report repairs. A high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of MSHA regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Heavy equipment operations or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely within the plant.
• Participate in safety programs promoting Guardian Angel culture.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear.
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Notify supervisors of needed repairs.
• Ensure materials are loaded according to safety requirements.
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs.
• Perform duties with minimum supervision.
