Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years underground mining engineering experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and verbal skills required.
• Excellent time and productivity management skills.
• Proven ability to perform in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Production reporting of mine physicals; track KPIs and identify improvements.
• Own mine design and mine planning, short and long range.
• Regular audits to ensure standards compliance and drive efficiencies.
• Coordinate exploration and in-fill drilling ahead of mining and mine-to-mill reconciliation.
• Design and as-built layouts for underground development and services.
• Create and monitor site forecasts and budgets.
• Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy; prepare reports.
