Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Underground Laborer to ensure safe operation of company assets and support construction activities. This role focuses on following crew leader directions, loading and unloading equipment, setting up sites, and maintaining safety practices on a daily basis.

You will hand dig with shovels, restore the worksite after daily tasks, assist with traffic control, and uphold OSHA standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle company assets in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow direction(s) specifically delivered from crew leader.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments.
• Setting up worksite.

In this role, the Underground Laborer will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company assets, and supporting construction activities.
