The primary end result of this position is to contribute to the completion of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of safety for all team members. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the project manager, supervisors, and other laborers to ensure that all tasks are performed effectively. Ultimately, the Underground Labor position plays a critical role in supporting infrastructure development and maintenance that benefits the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in underground construction or labor.
