Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of electrical trades experience under supervision of a journey level Cable Splicer.
• Current Washington State driver’s license and a combination license or evidence of mobility.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather and in confined spaces, heights, and with energized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Splices, maintains and terminates high and low voltage cables and street lighting systems.
• Installs, maintains and repairs electrical wiring, transformers, protectors, relays, switches and related equipment.
• Locates and repairs faults in underground networks and distribution systems.
• Work with maps and cut sheets to switch and de-energize lines.
• Tends to street lighting systems and performs inspections.
