As a Underground Foreman, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities:

  1. Support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects.
  2. Build, repair, and maintain projects using your construction knowledge and skills.
  3. Work at outdoor utility construction sites.
  4. Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
  5. Train your crew on various tools and equipment.
  6. Operate machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and others.
  7. Manage all aspects of job-site construction.

Qualifications:

  • Prioritize safety in your daily work.
  • Have a track record of completing work with high quality.
  • Enjoy solving hard problems with a hands-on approach.
  • Seek long-term projects.
  • Enjoy team collaboration and mentoring.
  • Have industry knowledge in coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground construction.
  • Relevant MOS codes: 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
