Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Underground Facilities Analyst in Reston, VA to join our intelligence-focused team. You will conduct all-source analysis of underground facilities, perform multi-INT research, and support modeling and simulation efforts in UGFs, producing analytic reports for the intelligence community.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of relevant experience with recent work, and a solid understanding of ICD 203/206 writing standards, plus

Your Role:

As an Underground Facilities Analyst, you will:

• Dive into underground facility research and all-source analysis.
• Conduct deep multi-INT research in support of target development.
• Use all-source research and subject matter expertise to support Underground Facilities (UGF) modeling/simulation efforts and provide answers in UGF- specific areas.
• Generate all-source analytical and foundational intelligence reports in line with established standards and formats.
• Maintain military intelligence databases and produce analytic products for the intelligence community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight to conduct deep multi-INT research and identify trends and developments.
• Strong all-source analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.
• Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical engineering terms and concepts on the job and apply them to your analysis.
• Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.
• Experience with intelligence analysis tools like Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), etc., MARS, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of ICD 203/206 writing standards.

Experience:

At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the last 2 years.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
