Job summary

Pike Electric LLC seeks a safety‑focused Foreman to lead crews on electrical overhead distribution projects. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to job sites including out‑of‑state locations, and report to the General Foreman. Strong safety leadership and hands‑on supervision are essential.

Responsibilities include coaching younger crew members, performing live‑line work with proper PPE, and ensuring quality and timely completion of projects in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office apps.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/pull up to 50 pounds and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair overhead distribution systems with safety first.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques; troubleshoot faults.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe work procedures.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Install and repair overhead lines, poles, insulators and conductors.
• Operate trucks and equipment; ensure proper use and maintenance.
