Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include leading crews, conducting pre-job safety briefings, coaching apprentices, ensuring project quality and on-time completion, and performing live-line work with proper PPE and tools.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience required.
• CDL license required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train junior crew members in safe procedures.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Perform live-line work with approved PPE and insulated tools.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
