Job summary

Webdrill is seeking Driller's Helpers to join our team in remote Alaska. Entry level position offering on-the-job training, the chance to learn new skills, and earnings in a challenging, dynamic environment.

You will work directly with skilled Drillers, supporting all aspects of underground drilling while ensuring safety and quality in a remote campsite setting.

Qualifications

• Pass a full physical medical assessment and lab drug & alcohol screen.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts at a remote mine site.
• Ability to work in an extremely physically demanding position in remote environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and team communication.

We are currently seeking Driller's Helpers to join our team. Our entry level role will take you to the remote Alaskan wilderness, where you will learn new skills, build life-long friendships, and earn serious money.

The positions provide on the job training, and all promotions are merit-based. We aim to build the next generation of Drillers with you! Learn, Earn, Grow, Belong!

Working directly with our highly skilled Drillers, assisting and learning all aspects of underground drilling, while delivering exceptional services to our valued client.

Working a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotating schedule of days and nights, 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to, extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in a confined work area.

Employees are required to stay on site at the client provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have Wi‑Fi only - no TVs are provided, but streaming and calls are available through Wi‑fi, and you are welcome to bring your favorite devices for entertainment purposes.
