Responsibilities

• Manual excavation with picks, shovels, pneumatic hammers, and jackhammers.
• Align, fit, and install pipeline sections to prevent leaks.
• Set lasers and verify line, grade, and depth.
• Assist heavy equipment operators to reach required excavation depth.
• Ensure proper backfill and chocking of pipe.
• Maintain trench safety equipment per OSHA regulations.
• Follow safety procedures for confined spaces and underground work.
