Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead phases of complex underground construction projects and ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

As a Project Manager you will oversee planning, bidding, procurement, and coordination across teams, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Travel may be required; a degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in underground construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Primavera or HCSS project management software.
• Ability to travel as required and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects.
• Own all aspects from proposal and bidding through profitable completion.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on safety performance.
