Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products relating to student service.
• Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a team environment.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills are essential and collaboration across campus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative support functions for the Associate Dean and program staff.
• Supervises staff, plans work, and sets priorities.
• Develops objectives and strategies for Undergraduate Programs.
• Coordinates prospective student communication and online student management.
• Creates, updates, and maintains advising materials for on-campus and online students.
• Manages Online Undergraduate Program initiatives and conducts analyses.
