Job summary

Endicott College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate nursing courses starting in Fall 2026. The role requires at least a Master's degree for didactic courses or a Bachelor's degree with RN experience for clinical faculty.

Responsibilities include delivering courses as scheduled, abiding by academic policies, and using Canvas for course management. Strong candidates will have college-level teaching experience and be able to support students academically.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with five years RN experience or enrolled in a Master's degree is required for clinical faculty.
• A minimum of a Master's degree is required for didactic courses, and college-level teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the course(s) as discussed with the Director or Dean.
• Abide by Endicott’s academic policies and use the course description.
• Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and grades submission.
• Communicate with the Dean about any issues with teaching.
• Meet with students for assistance if requested.
• Provide samples of student work for assessment purposes.
• Use Endicott email for communications outside class.
